Nikola Milutinov scored 21 points and grabbed 21 rebounds in 25 minutes as Olympiacos Piraeus beat Karditsa 83 – 54 on the road to improve to 9 – 1 in the Greek League.
Olympiacos started the game strong to go up 22 – 13 in the first period and simply never looked back. The Reds build a 20-point lead (23-43) late in the second period and turned the game into a blowout after the break.
Isaiah Canaan added 16 points for Olympiacos while Luke Sikma had 12 points, seven assists and five rebounds.
Classen (12 points) and Buchanan scored in double figures for Karditsa that dropped to 1-9.
Olympiacos will now start preparing for the upcoming EuroLeague game against Valencia at home Friday (15/12). Nigel Williams-Goss is expected to return to action after being out for one month while Filip Petrusev is likely to make his debut with the Greek side.
