In Germany, the Porsche European Open will be held on the Green Eagle Golf Courses in Hamburg from 2 to 5 June. The Porsche European Open represents the last chance to remove the pass for the US Open (third major of 2022). The event, in fact, is one of the four tournaments, after the British Masters, Soudal Open and Dutch Open, which will allow the top ten of a special ranking to participate in the third Major of 2022 scheduled from 16 to 19 June at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts.
The prize pool is € 1,750,000. The English Marcus Armitage will defend the title and, among the past winners, also the British Richard McEvoy and Jordan Smith.
